I trained as a Laughter Leader in November 2017. Since December 2017 I have been laughing in the car as I drive to my children who live 5km from me. I have noticed how my peripheral vision has increased as well as my general awareness of things around me. I notice plants and building in the veld surrounding my route, things that have been there for a long time and I've started noticing them only now. Griet - senior citizen - committee member of U3A (University of the Third Age) The feedback from your session with us on 27 February was simply phenomenal!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the laughter therapy, especially as we experienced a very traumatic 2012. We will be incorporating the exercises into our groups with the patients from next week. After the laughter session I felt a 'head-rush' and it made me feel a lot better. I had a very stressful week and there was no outlet to de-stress. I thoroughly enjoyed the session. Matee Excellent. At first I was very skeptical that I would gain any benefit from the workshop, however I was pleasantly surprises by the enjoyable experience. I will definitely use the tools I learned in my every day life. Thanks for the fun and vibrant afternoon JP. Candice I experienced joy, happiness and intense connection with the other human beings, most of whom I had not met. Great High Energy levels. I feel alive, healthy and rejuvenated. My throat cleared of mucus which causes difficulty with breathing. My stomach pain released; I'm now certain it was certain it was a flatulence problem. My body feels lighter. "Very Good, Very Good".
